Q. How many inches have to be on the ground for you to come out?
a. We can come out on demand, with enough notice. Most customers prefer us to come out after a certain depth (i.e. 3 inches). We like to wait to see if the snow is going to melt or stick.
Q. Do we use salt or sand?
a. We provide salt for an additional fee. Please contact one of our representatives to request the use of salt.
Q. How many clearings do I get with a season package?
a. We base our season pass price on 12 snowfalls per season, but we do not limit the number of visits for our season pass holders.
Q. Do you carry Insurance?
a. Yes, Through American Family Mutual Insurance. A full copy of our certificate of liability insurance coverage is available here.
Q. Do you do anything other than residential removal? For example: Churches, Street, Etc.
a. Yes, we do offer commercial services. Please click here for an estimate.
Q. If I sign up for a package or even one single snow removal, will I need to call before you come out?
a. No, once you sign up for a snow removal you will be on our route.
Q. What happens if my car is parked in the driveway when you come to remove snow?
a. If possible, we will shovel around it.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept and do I have to pay upfront?
a. Cash, Credit card or check, and we do require pre-payment of our services in order to offer each and every client a great service and experience.

Q. What kind of equipment do you use?
a. We are able to serve our residential customers, any time of day or night, through the use of shovels and snow blowers. For our commercial customers we are able to serve them with shovels, snow blowers, and trucks.
Q. What are the office hours?
a. Generally its 8a.m. to 5p.m., but we do have a 24/7 disbatch center for any snow emergency.
Q. If there is a snow emergency would you still be able to come out and remove snow?
a. Based upon the safety of the streets, we will get out to you as soon as possible.
Q. What if it snows a lot over night? What time would you be out to clear our sidewalks and driveway?
a. We will make every effort to come out ever 3-4 inches of snowfall, but because mother nature is not dependable it is based forcasted weather predictions (i.e. above freezing temperatures, freezing rain, etc.)
Q. If I need to be out of my driveway at a specific time would you be able to have it cleared before then?
a. Based upon our routing schedule we try to make it to everyone as soon as possible, and while we can not guarantee any certain time, we will try our best based upon traffic and mother nature.
Q. In case of a heavy snow fall that lasts all day and you have already come out once in the morning but the snow has accumulated again 2" or more, do you come out again? Or is it just once a day?
a. Depending on weather conditions we plan on being out every 3-5 inches. It varies by address.
Q. If I use your Ala Carte services will you be out the same day?
a. With enough notice, Ala Carte services will be on the same day.
Q. Do I get a partial refund for a season pass if there is less than 12 snow falls for the year?
Because we cannot predict Mother Nature, we simply estimate 12 snow falls for the Winter season. However, for each snow fall we guarantee complete snow removal whether we receive 5 inches for 5 feet.
Q. How long have you been in business?
We started operation in early 2011.
Q. How many customers do you serve?
We provide service to hundreds of snow removal customers through 350 snow removal technicians.
Q. Are you registered with the BBB?
We have registration with the BBB and provide immediate response to any issues that arise. We disclose that we are accrediated with the BBB which does require payment to them however, we feel this is not a conflict of interest.
